There were no pictures on his phone and even showed the officer that was called by the landlord to try to forcibly remove my friends. One of neighbors was trying provoke my friend by yelling defamatory comments towards my friend concerning his ual orientation. His wife held him back and got him back indoors until the officer came to diffuse the situation. The officer ran my friend's name and said that my friend is NOT a offender and he laughed about the pictures on the phone, as they were all pictures of our dogs. There were no children pictures at all on the phone! The officer recommended that he file an anti-harment against the neighbors, but I don't know their names. He was having trouble finding an attorney and the money to do it all. Now I'm hearing the neighbors are putting together a petition to keep them out. I can't use the bus system due to both mine and my son's disabilities and they are my only option to get rides to get groceries and such. We are at a lost as what to do to stop this slander, lies, and harment. I am also worried about retaliation from my landlord. I am a single parent and can't afford to move and I am on housing authority.

What is an appropriate punishment for a 5 year old who gets in trouble in school?

My 5 year old son has had a little bit of trouble in Kindergarten. I really don't understand why, because he loved Pre-K. Anyhow, today he came home with a note that said he dumped his drink over his clmates head. I have been trying really hard to get him to follow the rules at school. You need to get on a good prenatal vitamin you can get one at the drug store for about 10 bucks! I also recommend taking TUMS you can use them as a calcium supplement and they taste good, well to me anyways. Good luck finding a better doctor!

Atkins, South Beach, Calorie King, Nurti System.... which one is right?

I always get nausea when I do really low carb cuz I get sick of all the dairy, meat, and veggies. Calorie King seems to be too slow. NutriSystem has a bad rep for being NASTY. I can do whole grains, fruit, veggies, lean proteins, lowfat /fatfree dairy no problem, but the weight doesnt seem to come off as quickly as on low carb diets. I go the gym 3x a week and do cardio for 30 minutes and lower body strength training, plus I do abs,upper bpdy at home 2-3 x/week. What do I do for my diet to lose weight??? I want to drop about 2 or 4 sizes within 10 weeks. DONT lecture or say thats not possible.....

First off- BREATHE. =) Now. PSATS do not count for anything. They give you an idea of where you stand for taking the SATS. No college is going to see your scores..if you don't do so hot, it is okay. I was involved in a lot of extra curriculars in high school, and still am in college. But it's important to realize when you've taken on too much, or if one activity is a time drain (read: it takes up MUCH more time than anything else!) Your first priority has to be school and grades. Try getting a planner and writing in due dates, test dates, volleyball games, rehearsals, etc. I also like using a white board calendar and color coding my commitments with different color dry erase markers. Most importantly, stay on top of ignments. Don't procrastinate! If you can, bring textbooks on the bus to games (provided you don't get car/bus sick) and study. Use little bits of free time to work on schoolwork, and it will pay off. I would not worry about the new volleyball coach. It's always tough having a new coach, but there can be benefits too. He or she may teach you new things, and help you improve your game in ways you may have not considered. Choir sounds pretty stressful. I would sit down and think about how much you enjoy it (on good days!) and if you still feel it's worth it, talk to the director about what they said, and what their expectations are. Finally- boys are just stressful! Sometimes it's a nice thing to have on the side, but it can be time consuming. Start things slow and see where they go =) Best of luck!

I didn't get a new board until i learned how to ollie, shov-it, etc. When you work on the ollie, just crouch low push as hard as you can on the tail with your back foot, slide your front foot forward, and then push down with your front foot. How do i stop my dog from begging when I never reinforce it?

I have a well behaved siberian husky--who has 2 very bad problems ive been working on right now. One is kind of breed specific but i know how to deal with it and it's improving (coming when called in new places) while the other, i never even thought id have to deal with. Begging. I NEVER give dogs food from the table, i dont think i have in years. Yet, my family does. Ive shoved enough dog information down their throats that they dont give her most foods, but they still p her meat. My fiance was in a dark place. We have had an amazing relationship for 3 years, we were about to get engaged and move in together. We have pets and he has a son who i became close to and we became a family. He was feeling all bad about himself (boo hoo), made buddy buddy with some girl at his new work, who may or may not have known about me, and they kissed. Twice! Two different times. I actually caught him out with her when he told me he was at work. (This period of him acting weird and us not talking lasted about two weeks) After I caught him I stopped talking to him and now he is begging for me back. He has made some huge changes, is willing to do anything I ask including getting rid of his new car (Where I saw them) and I still love him and know he is being sincere. I am sure we could have a very happy and faithful life together but now my family and friends hate him. I have witnessed some people hit rock bottom and become better for it and I have seen relationships grow stronger and more honest after such events. I believe we can be one of these relationships but I'm still kind of pissed and I hate that I can't talk to my friends or family. Anyone else go through something like this???

My neighbors son woke up and said he saw a glowing blue monster?

I asked him what it looked like and drew as good as picture as possible so I could describe it here. Is a Yamaha R6 a Good First Real Bike?

Hey well I'm buying a bike when I turn 18 which will be this september. I have expierence riding dirtbikes and I have ridden mopeds this summer on the roads and in citys even with a panger on the back and I thought I did really good. I came back from a trip to new mexico 2 weeks ago, and it started with a runny nose and sneezing. Last week I was heavely congested and had green mucus. Now, I still have a stuffy nose but its not as stuffy as it was. Im really tired and I have a horrible throbbing headache and my head feels full. I have post nasal drip as well. I don't know if I'm pregnant yet, but I've been having the same symptoms. Feeling "off" since the date of conception, practically. And everything you mentioned (but I also had light bleeding as well). I took a test today, at 11 dpo and it came back with a faint second line. This could mean nothing or it could mean I'm pregnant and I didn't have enough hCG hormone to get two full lines. It's positively Kafkaesque - I recently had a notice that I was down ten points for a 'violation in an answer', when I tried to follow the link to see what I had supposedly done, I was told 'you can not view this question at this time'! When I tried to appeal, they asked me to link to the question - and I don't know which question it was because they won't tell me! It became obvious I was not communicating with a real human being, these were generalised automatic replies, and clearly no one had actually read my message.

I would argue that the collective contributions INCLUDED Martin Luther King as well! Without all these different individuals he certainly would have had a very,very much more rough time. My thesis would be that without all these individual people trying to obtain equal rights at this time,one person such as MLK could have been throttled in his quest and perhaps wouldn't have had the world`s attention.Martin Luther King was a great Orator and was very brave for always standing in the forefront during marches but the Rosa Parks and common men and women had little if any protection or media watching to see if any harm came to them! In the end the black race knew those laws were wrong and stood against them even at risk of bodily harm and even death.Thus a collective of many including Martin Luther King changed segregation and Jim Crow laws at great peril to themselves so that future generations could have what they never had to that point--true freedom! That to me is the most heroic and is all inclusive.
