You should get it somewhere you can hide it like your back, hip, upper legs, shoulder, etc. If you can hide it with your clothes you wont have to worry about it at work. The "bleeding out " could be a number of things, improper care, or even the artist going to deep causing what the industry called a blow out which is not really fixable. Make sure you go to a real artist in a real studio.Look at there portfolio make sure they are even capable of doing this work for you. I think the tattoo would look great in black and gray. Your artist should be able to tell you after care instructions, so you can heal it properly. Hope this helps.
