If you refuse to talk to an officer when they don't tell you what they want, can the give you a ticket for ob?

i just didn't know how to word that. heres what happened. i was parallel w a cop at a light, then i turned left into sharis rest. went in qand came back out my friend took in her walmart back so we put it back in the car locked the door. cop pulls up like a bat out of hell, brakes real fast gets out. cute lil cop. i'm also a gal. she waqlks up 'this your car?" yeah whats the problem. were you driving yeas i was, i always drive my car,...whats going on. come w me, she orders my gal pal next to me to go inside and the 2 guys smoking 30 ft away. go inside! to my friends. not even with a nice tone just acting like its a big deal. i said no i would like them to stay. we caqmehere together they were waiting for me to lock my door theyll wait while you ask me what you need to ask me. is this about my registration (cause i was pulled over 3 times for a mix up at dol and told her about it) told her my reg. and title are in the car in case i was to get pulled over for it again. she never even seemed to care about the registration matter in the car she started focusing on ordering them into the resturaunt. but i didn't feel safe w her acting all tough voiced w me and i have tourettes that i didn't want her provoking me for no reason which seems to happen in my case. anyhow it became a big ordeal one of my guy friends said i know my 5th amendment rights its a free country, this is private property i can stand here and finish smoking my cigarette cause he was before she even got there. my logic is this...(if she pulled me over and they were still in seatbelts in the car...would she have made them get out of the car in order to ask me about my registration?...NO! she wouldn't have.) so she didn't klike that she put me in handcuffs i was telling her how ridiculous she was being lots of oh my god this is retarded., look in my glovebox so i can go in and eat already., no. she makes me spread my legs which i do, kinda laughing at how ridiculous shes acting and how she pulled up in the parking lot all tough like i just murdered someone and shes on to me or something,...i spread my legs an arms length apart it feels like. i;'m in a mini skirt and heels. she kicks my legs out even more spread your legs??? while twisting my handcuffs. i say let up on the cuffs your digging into my wrists for no reason look down. my legs are spread, if i go anymore i'll be doing the splits. anyhow she calls her radio "i need backup at shari's location" 11 cop cars show up with more than 11 cops. they handcuff 2 of the guys im with for no reason. knee one of them down. try to get the manager to get us on tressping he wasnt having it cause we didnt do anything,. 3 people are video taping w cell phones. they tell them to stop. one guy cop shows up tells me to shut the **** up when i try to tell him what happened and that none of this would have happened if she would have got my registration when i told her it was in there. he kicks my foot to get in the door and i get obstruction in the mail 21 weeks before court. what are my rights?!
