Do I put quotations or underline the title of books?

Im in jr. high (8th grade) and Im writing my final. Do I have to underline or quote the title of books, and if i have to then do I have to underline or quote each title EVERY single time? Thanks, and please reply asap, this thing's do tomorrow.
