Can anyone explain yahoo ans?

It's positively Kafkaesque - I recently had a notice that I was down ten points for a 'violation in an answer', when I tried to follow the link to see what I had supposedly done, I was told 'you can not view this question at this time'! When I tried to appeal, they asked me to link to the question - and I don't know which question it was because they won't tell me! It became obvious I was not communicating with a real human being, these were generalised automatic replies, and clearly no one had actually read my message.
