Atkins, South Beach, Calorie King, Nurti System.... which one is right?
I always get nausea when I do really low carb cuz I get sick of all the dairy, meat, and veggies. Calorie King seems to be too slow. NutriSystem has a bad rep for being NASTY. I can do whole grains, fruit, veggies, lean proteins, lowfat /fatfree dairy no problem, but the weight doesnt seem to come off as quickly as on low carb diets. I go the gym 3x a week and do cardio for 30 minutes and lower body strength training, plus I do abs,upper bpdy at home 2-3 x/week. What do I do for my diet to lose weight??? I want to drop about 2 or 4 sizes within 10 weeks. DONT lecture or say thats not possible.....
