I was 17 when i was in a wreck, now im 18 and settling. it was my parents insurance so who gets the money?

So a couple of months ago I was in a car wreck, I got hit from behind by this dude in a truck and i went through the whole physical therapy thing and all that jazz. Now we're about to settle with the insurance company and Im 18. Its not really an arguement just more out of curiousity. Who gets the insurance settlement money? Me or my parents. again I was under 18 at the time of the wreck but now i am 18 and i was also under their insurance and still am but we are settling with the other guys insurance because he hit me not the other way around. Im just curious if it goes to me or them. Thanks for your answer!
