HELP! Belly on hurts. Umbilical infection? Hernia? Cyst??

I've had a few of these. You have an infection. The white ooze is pus and you did the right thing by using peroxide. Keep using it and make sure afterwards that it is clean and dry, then swab a little antibiotic ointment inside your navel. The best way to keep this from happening is to make sure your navel is cleaned every day and that there is nothing in it to cause irritation. Good luck, sugar.
