You should chat with her for some more time and ask her about her eating preferences. Look out for the best restaurant around that serves her favorite. Then after a few days just casually tell her of the place that serves the best of that specialty around and suggest that maybe the two of you can make it there sometime. There are quite less chances of her saying no in such a case. To her it would not entirely seem that you are asking her a date out. It would be a casual suggestion to which most females do not say no. And if it works out you will surely get what you want, some time with her.
