If you're satisfied with this level of description, why not just go to Wikipedia? It has far more information on Stalin than you've provided, so you'll probably be pleasantly surprised with what it says about Mussolini and Hitler. All three aren't exactly enigmas here - they've been dissected far more professionally than you're doing with Stalin here. Wikipedia will at least point you towards those who have.
