Are you happy Childress (Vikings) got fired?

It was obvious that Chilly was in over his head but that can be said for many head coaches, including the monumentally incompetent Lovie Smith, Marvin Lewis, Jim (May the) Schwartz (be with you), and Josh McDaniels. What hurt Childress was the fact that he was a control freak who didn't have the respect of his players, thanks mostly to the monumentally overrated Bert Farve. Firing Childress was a step in the right direction but a smarter move would have been to jettison the egoistic, monumentally ineffective has-been from MS.
