How can you tell the difference between Bronchitis and say the flu?

Since Thursday I have fever up to about 102 coughing real bad to the point where I need to run to the bathroom so i don't pee I shiver and can't get warm enough then after awhile I start to sweat so bad my chest feels tight and have a headache
