Printing management software?

My network is configured in a way that certain departments let say accounting through one IP address of 1 computer they can all print through that IP address. I need a software that can has a report that includes (name of computer, name of file, amount of pages, date,etc) Compatible with all printers (HP, Epson and Panasonic) Preferably Freeware software that can monitor all the printing stations
