Can you receive the H1N1 vaccine if you have chronic tonsillitis?

Hi, well my sister and mom are going tomorrow to get the swine flu vaccine but i guess I'll be staying at home since my tonsillitis does not seem to go away. i'm not 100% sure that I have chronic tonsillitis, but what else can this be? i go to the doctor a lot because of my tonsils and sometimes it is viral and some times caused by bacteria but I never get better! I know... I should get them removed but I'm scared as hell so for now I don't think that's an option until my doctor really recommends it. He took many samples and sent them to the lab and said "lt's see what we got here and then we'll see if you need your tonsils to get removed" but everything seemed fine so ... about the H1N1 vaccine...can someone like me get it? I don't want to go with my mom tomorrow only to be told that I can't since it's cold outside and it's snowing and my throat gets worse in those conditions so...if you know the answer to my question please let me know!
