Does it sound like I have a cold?

I came back from a trip to new mexico 2 weeks ago, and it started with a runny nose and sneezing. Last week I was heavely congested and had green mucus. Now, I still have a stuffy nose but its not as stuffy as it was. Im really tired and I have a horrible throbbing headache and my head feels full. I have post nasal drip as well. Today I developed a cough that gets worse when I lay down. It's non productive..it just sound like a dying goose. My throat hurts, but it feels deep in the back of my throat. The back of my neck hurts too. I don't have a fever, rather my body temperature is in the 96's. Does this sound like a cold? Is it possible to even have a cold for two weeks?
